Drink one cup of ARTEMIS Liver Detox Tea before breakfast, followed by one cup of ARTEMIS Kidney Cleanse Tea after breakfast.
Full detox: (apply at least twice a year)
Drink one cup of ARTEMIS Liver Detox Tea before breakfast, followed by one cup of ARTEMIS Kidney Cleanse Tea after breakfast. Repeat cycle at lunch time and afternoon tea. For full cleansing and toning benefit take 3 cups each day for 3-6 weeks.
Preparation
Take 1 level teaspoon (1g) per cup (150ml), place into infuser, plunger or china pot, pour over boiling water and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Do not microwave.
