Tissue & Strain Repair Tincture
Traditional recipe for supporting normal recovery from stresses and strains to the musculo-skeletal system.
- Helpful in soothing bruised tissue and overexerted muscles, tendons and joints

Directions
Shake before use. Take 1ml (30 drops) 3-4 times daily (children:1-2 drops per year of age) mixed with a mouthful of water or juice. Acute: Double amount until you notice improvement. To improve absorption hold in your mouth for a few seconds before swallowing. For best results, continue over a period of several weeks (minimum 6 weeks). Use in conjunction with topical applications of ARTEMIS Tissue Repair Cream 30% or ARTEMIS Strain Repair Cream 30% (with warming Cayenne).Contraindications
Oversensitivity to any of the ingredients. Not to be taken in the very rare case of allergies to Arnica and natural salicylates contained in Willow bark. Avoid during pregnancy.Precautions
