- In a natural base of water, coconut caprylic and capric triglyceride, cetostearyl alcohol, glyceryl monostearate, cetearyl alcohol, glycerine, PEG-20 stearate, phenoxyethanol, provitamin B5, tocopherol acetate, sorbic acid and citrus seed extract.
- Does not contain artificial colours or fragrances, mineral oils, parabens, sulphates or synthetic fillers.

DIRECTIONS
Apply sparingly to affected area up to 3-4 times daily. This cream contains Cayenne and is hot. Wash hands thoroughly after application or use gloves for application.
Apply a little at first and wait for the heat to become apparent before applying more, this can take up to an hour. Do not apply to broken skin. Do not apply before showering or strenuous exercise. Avoid contact with eyes, nose and sensitive skin. Do not use under seclusion or tight bandages.

Use in conjunction with the Tissue and Strain Repair Oral Liquid to additionally support and accelerate healing from within.
